A six-hour Defensive Driving Course will be available to Herkimer County residents and non-residents alike through the Herkimer County Clerk’s Office.

The course will be offered on Saturday, January 26 and will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m with a half-hour lunch break.

It will be held at the 911 Building, 71 Reservoir Road, near the HCCC Campus.

Enrollment is on a first come basis. Payment of $35 includes all books and materials.

Students will be enrolled when payment is received.

Upon completion of the classroom training, participants are eligible for a reduction in New York state Points and Insurance.
