The Big Moose Ambulance Company, Inc. (BMAC) has elected its new officers to serve for 2013.
Sarah Dew was elected president; Steve Baker, vice president; and Roger Pratt, secretary and treasurer.
The Big Moose Ambulance Company provides pre-hospital medical care and transportation, as well as deep woods rescue, in remote sections of Northern Herkimer county from west of Moss Lake to the Lewis county line, including the hamlets of Big Moose Lake, Big Moose Station, Twitchell Lake, Stillwater and Beaver River.
With its High-Rail Rescue, BMAC also covers 32 miles along the Adirondack Scenic Railroad corridor from Carter Station to Sabattis.
