Inlet announces Halloween Costume winners

The Inlet Youth Commission’s annual Halloween Parade and Party was held Friday October 26 at the Inlet Emergency Services Building. Margie O’Hara, Nancy Jennings, Lisa Gambacorta, and Mitch Lee took on the task of judging as Emcee Peter “Batman” Steel organized each age category.

The winners in their categories were:

Ages 0 to 3

Nathan Luce – Nathan’s Hotdog Vendor, Lorelei Miller – Little Witch, Natalie Hitchcock – ET.

Pre-K  to Kindergarten

Shay Charles Sauer – Policeman, Preston Trumbauer – Incredible Hulk, Riley Lynn Northrup – Indian Girl

1st and 2nd Grades

Richie Lutz – Mad Hatter, Matt Trumbauer – Army Man, Izzie Gardener – Candy Corn Witch

3rd and 4th Grades

Chloe Clark – Vampira, Olivia Payne – Farmer, Anthony Gaffney – Punisher

5th and 6th Grades

Liam Delano – Pac Man, Natalie Brownsell – Queen of Diamonds, Gabby Gardner -Cookie Monster

7th to 12th Grades

Madison Payne & Schyler Delano – Morticia and Gomez, Briana Brownsell – Horse Trainer, Adam Levi – BMX Bike Racer

The Group Costume Category (Kids of all ages)

Lutz Family – Alice in Wonderland, Marina Motel – Pirates of the Fulton Chain

Marleau Family – Charlotte’s Web

All participants received a dollar gold coin and a treat bag provided by Inlet’s American Legion Auxiliary, and goodies from Ray and Barbara Norkus, Inlet Golf Club and the Inlet Youth Commission.

Youth Commission members Sue Beck, Jamie White, Georgia Levi and Mary Marleau would like to thank Patty Wittmeyer, Andrew Kalil and Inlet’s fire and ambulance personnel for making the annual party a safe and fun event.
