The Otter Lake Fire Department celebrated Labor Day with a Steak Bake and the 28th Annual Truck Raffle on Sunday, September 2.
The winner of the truck winner was Renita Smith of Forestport.
Tom Holt of Whitesboro won the $200 prize, and Carol Miske of Eagle Bay won $100.
