The Inlet Common School will present their first spring choral concert on Thursday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Church Hall.
The students will be under the direction of music and art teacher, Gwen Tracy-Deuss.
The concert will feature a production of “Pirates!” and students in grades kindergarten to sixth grade will be participating. Britney Levi is cast as the stowaway, Laura Levi is the Captain, and Shawn Hansen is the King of the High C’s.According to Tracy-Deuss, the school has traditionally held its spring concert in conjunction with graduation, but this year the two events will be presented separately.
Graduation is set for Tuesday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m. and will include a viewing of the students’ annual art show.
“Members of the school are looking forward to this new change, and the public is invited to attend both programs. The staff and students would like to thank the community for their continuous support with our productions, and we hope to see you all at the show,” said Tracy-Deuss.
