Still wondering about the Town of Webb’s 2012 Revaluation? Two informational meetings scheduled for property owners
Have you been busy this summer working/ running your business? To accommodate your schedules, two additional opportunities to learn about the revaluation process are being offered for Town of Webb property owners.
Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at 5:30 p.m. A general informational meeting is being offered at the Park Ave. Building.
A status report will be provided by Jean Murdock, Assessor including a timeline review and other information that will assist you in reviewing your assessment and that of other property owners.
Robert Koszarek, President of the KLW Group will provide an update on the activities and progress being made in preparation for new assessments.
Thursday, October 20, 2011, at 7:30 a.m. A meeting will be held for commercial property owners at the Park Ave. Building.
At this meeting Mr. Koszarek will provide a more specific, detailed explanation of the valuation process for commercial properties; he will be reviewing specific examples of different types of commercial properties. This will include the use of the income approach to valuation.
I strongly urge all property owners to attend one of these meetings to hear first-hand the facts regarding the Assessment Equity Project.
