Mr. & Mrs. Robert Bennett
Amanda Harwood and Robert David Bennett exchanged vows on June 6, 2015 at Eagle Bay Village in Eagle Bay, NY in the presence of their families and friends.
The bride is the daughter of Pat and Tim Harwood of Old Forge. The groom is the son of Linda and Robert Bennett of Sandy Hook, CT, and the late Hilary Bennett.
The outdoor wedding overlooked Fourth Lake and the beautiful mountains with a tent reception following. The ceremony was officiated by Thomas (TJ) Hubbard, Jr., cousin of the groom.
The bride was attended by Maid of Honor, Shelby Harwood, her sister, and bridesmaids Elizabeth Russell, Caitlin Collins, Paige Caprioli, Leah Philpot, and Lauren Hubbard and bridesman Colton Miller, friends of the bride.
The groom’s best man was Scott Bennett, his brother. Groomsmen included Mickey Cooper, Mark Carroll, Buddy Bengel, and Al Marano, friends of the groom.
Connor Hubbard served as ring bearer and Zoe Hasiotis the flower girl, both cousins of the groom. Charle Drew, cousin of the groom, and Alicia Criss, cousin of the bride, both gave readings during the ceremony.
Amanda is a graduate of the University at Buffalo and is employed by Tampa General Hospital as an ER nurse.
She is completing her DNP degree through the University of Florida.
David is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, George-town University, University at Buffalo and is a 4th-year surgical resident through the University of South Florida.
Following a honeymoon in New Zealand the couple returned to Tampa where they reside with their dog, Harlan.
