All are invited to the Old Forge Fire Hall on Saturday, June 6 for SHARP Retro Day, a celebration of the 50’s sponsored by CAP-21.
Stop by between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. and enjoy lots of fun activities including family-friendly games, hula hoop and limbo contests, and a dance contest at 2 p.m. No pressure…just fun!
There will also be a Chinese Raffle.
Donations to SHARP will be accepted. All donations will be used for materials, supplies and activities for our local seniors through their participation in SHARP. Your contribution is tax deductible and will be accepted by CAP-21 on behalf of the SHARP program.
If you are unable to come to the community fundraiser event but would like to make a donation, please make checks payable to: CAP-21/SHARP, P.O. Box 642, Old Forge, NY 13420.
SHARP is a free program offered to all independent senior citizens from Woodgate to Raquette Lake. We meet at Niccolls Memorial Church in Old Forge from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Wednesday. Lunch during our regular Wednesday sessions is provided by the Community Health and Wellness Fund (formerly the Town of Webb Health Center Fund.)
