The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.
• A 28-year-old Hacken-sack, NJ man was arrested for snowmobiling while intoxicated and imprudent speed following a property damage accident in the Enchanted Forest/Water Safari parking lot on Wednesday, January 14 at 9:30 p.m.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Webb Court on Thursday, January 15 at 7 p.m.
• Town of Webb Police Department personnel responded to a larceny complaint at the Water’s Edge Inn in Old Forge on Friday, January 16 at 4:30 p.m.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old Hatfield, PA man for criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree, a misemeanor.
The man appeared at Town of Webb Court where he posted $1,000 bail.
The investigation also resulted in the 5:18 p.m. arrest of a 40-year-old Collegeville, PA man who was charged with criminal mischief 4th degree, a misdemeanor. He also appeared at Town of Webb Court where he posted $1,000 bail.
• A 23-year-old Liverpool, NY man was arrested on Wednesday, January 25 at 6:20 p.m. on a bench warrant issued by Town of Webb Court.
The man was arraigned before Hon. John Graham and remanded to Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail/$2,000 bond.
