Living in Old Forge has been exceptional to me in many ways. The most prevalent is the support this community offers to all of its residents, old and young.
Being part of the latter, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the organizations that awarded me scholarships this past June at graduation.
Thank you to the Community Scholarship Fund committee for awarding me the Samual F. Garmon and the William and Mildred Pierce Wark scholarships.
Also, thank you to Enchanted Forest/Water Safari for the J. Richard and Ruth E. Noonan scholarship and finally, to the CAA scholarship committee for the Pitt Smith Scholarship Award.
I cannot express the appreciation I feel for receiving these awards and also living and being a part of such a great community!
