Ticket holders for the View benefit at the Albedor on Saturday, June 14 will have the opportunity to take a shuttle bus to the event. Limited seats are available by calling View at (315) 369-6411, ext. 201.
The bus, provided by Town of Webb School, will depart from View at 4:30 p.m. and return at 7 p.m. Other patrons who will be attending the event are encouraged to carpool from View as parking is limited at the venue.
Parking will be available across the road from the Albedor at the Rocky Mountain Trailhead lot. Parking on Route 28 is prohibited.
According to Alan Saban, performing arts director of View, Dan Hitchcock will allow parking in the lot across the road from Dan’s Big M Market in Eagle Bay.
The event, which will benefit performing arts programming at View, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. and will include a tour of the Albedor and the grounds of the landmark estate and a salon performance by Duo Sonidos featuring chamber musicians Will Knuth and Adam Levin.
Hors d’ouevres will be provided by area restaurants 5 Corners Café, Billy’s Italian-American Restaurant, Knotty Pine, Sisters Bistro and The Woods Inn.
Saban said there are a limited number of tickets available for the benefit. Advance reservations for the one-time opportunity are $45 per person or $75 for two. The at-the-door rate is $50 per person.
