Online registration is currently open for the 4th Annual Old Forge Paddle Classic, six- and 12-mile canoe and kayak races which will begin from the Old Forge public dock on Saturday, June 28th.
The points races, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks and held in conjunction with the New York Marathon Canoe Racing Association (NYMCRA), begin at 9 a.m. An awards ceremony and BBQ will follow the races.
Registration fee is $25 for adults and $10 for children ages 10 years and younger and is available on online at the Old Forge Paddle Classic facebook page.
Registration the day of the race will be held at the Hemmer Cottage on the corner of Park Ave. and South Shore Rd. from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m.
All registration fees will support the charitable efforts of the Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks.
