A timely blast of snow created good conditions and a great turnout for the 15th Annual Inlet Barnstormer’s Poker Run which took place Friday and Saturday, January 31 and February 1st.
Barnstormer member Fred Trimbach said 66 of the 154 participants visited all 22 area event sponsors.
Over 80 door prizes were distributed along with $700 in cash which was divided among the winners.
Winners of the Barnstormer Poker Run were announced during the Finish Line Party at Daiker’s Inn on Saturday night.
The first place winner was Norm King of Corinth who was awarded $300. King also took first place at last year’s event.
The second place winner of $200 was Bob Gates of Old Forge, and Michael Curry of Indian Lake took home $100 as the third place winner.
Tom Reinecke of Closter, NJ received the $100 prize for getting his card stamped at all 22 stops and Mike Furman of Elmira won $460 in the 50/50 raffle.
