The Inlet Youth Commis-sion’s annual Halloween Parade and Party was held Friday October 25 at the Inlet Emergency Services Building. Margie O’Hara, Lisa Gambacorta, and Mitch Lee took on the task of judging as Emcee Peter “Batman” Steele organized each age category.
