The Old Forge Garden Club will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 10 at 10 a.m. at View. The presentation that day will be “Gardening with Bulbs.”
Guest speaker will be Roseanne La Paro of Whites-boro, a master gardener and a member of the Cornell Coopera-tive Extension Speakers’ Bureau.
La Paro will discuss landscaping, planting, and caring for bulbs in our area, as well as how to successfully force bulbs for early indoor blooming.
The Garden Club is open to new members with any level of interest in gardening.

Members of the Club will also be conducting a plant sale at the Old Forge Farmers’ Market on Friday, September 13th.
The market is located on Park Avenue, behind the Old Forge Hardware, and is open from 1 to 5 p.m.
