The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks recognized Students of the Month at the Town of Webb School at an event held on Monday, April 29 at North Woods Inn.

Ray Schoeberlein, Kiwanis Past President and Student of the Month Chairman introduced February student Hanson Schmid, March student Molly Rodriguez, and April student Lauren Holt and presented them with Student of the Month certificates and a check in the amount of $50 in recognition of their achievement.

Gabriella Pedraza recognized as Webb Kiwanis Student of Month for January

The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks has announced that its Student of the Month for January is Gabriella Pedraza.

Jessica Hannah named Student of the Month

The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks has announced that its Student of the Month for November is Jessica Hannah.

Jessica is the daughter to Mark and Littlepage Hannah of Old Forge and is a senior at Town of Webb Union Free School in Old Forge.

The Student of the Month is a program initiated by the Kiwanis Club, in cooperation with the Town of Webb School, that recognizes senior students.

Each month from September to April the school administrators will select a Student of the Month who will receive $50 and with his/her parents are invited to a Kiwanis Recognition Event to make a brief presentation.

In May, the Kiwanis Scholarship Committee will select a Student of the Year who will receive $500.

The Town of Webb Police Benevolent Association (PBA) will partner with Central Adirondack Kiwanis in the Student of the Year award.

The selection criteria includes community service, academics, athletic involvement, student need, and extra curricular activities.

Alexandra Levi named October Kiwanis Student of Month

The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks has announced that its Student of the Month for October is Alexandra Levi.

Alexandra is the daughter to John and Thera Levi of Old Forge and is a senior at Town of Webb Union Free School in Old Forge.

Kiwanis names Taylor Payne September Student of Month

The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks has announced that the Student of the Month for September is Taylor Payne. Taylor is the daughter to Tom and Anne Payne of Old Forge and is a senior at Town of Webb Union Free School in Old Forge. The Student of the Month is a program initiated by the Kiwanis Club, in cooperation with the Town of Webb School, that recognizes senior students.
