The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.
• A 33-year-old Port Monmouth, NJ woman was charged with 3rd degree assault and 2nd degree harassment following an incident that occurred at a local establishment on Friday, March 6 at 9 p.m.
According to the report, Webb Police concluded an investigation involving a domestic dispute at Slickers Tavern which resulted in the arrest of the woman for the above charges.
She was arraigned in Town of Webb Court and released on her own recognizance. She was scheduled to return to Town Court on Tuesday, March 10.
• A 32-year-old Glen Head, NY man was charged with failure to keep right, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident that occurred on Saturday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m.
According to the report, Webb Police concluded an investigation stemming from a traffic stop on Route 28 in Thendara. Investigation resulted in the arrest of the man for the above mentioned charges. He was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket at the scene and released to return to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
• A 32-year-old Lyons Falls man was charged with 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and improper registration sticker following an incident that occurred on Wednes-day, March 11 at 5:59 p.m.
According to the report, Webb Police concluded an investigation stemming from an assist-disabled vehicle call for service which resulted in the man’s arrest for the above charges.
He was issued tickets returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
• A 25-year-old New Hartford man was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree on Thursday, March 12 following the conclusion of an investigation that stemmed from a traffic stop on December 21, 2014.
According to the report, the man was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
