The streets of Old Forge were flooded with activity during the inaugural Red, White and Blue “Spring Into Summer” family festival held over Memorial Day Weekend.

Old Forge will host the inaugural Red, White and Blue “Spring Into Summer” family festival Memorial Day Weekend, May 22 through 25.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be filled with activities and entertainment for the entire family, while Monday will be the traditional observance of fallen veterans.
A local committee has partnered with the Town of Webb and the Central Adirondack Association to build a blockbuster weekend festival. Continue reading
The American Legion Leonard-Mick-Roberts Post #1402 will hold its Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony on Monday, May 25 at 9 a.m. in front of the Inlet Town Hall.
All are invited to take a few moments from their day to honor those who have fought for our country.
A similar ceremony will be performed by Post #1402 in front of the Raquette Lake Library at 10 a.m.
They will also travel to Indian Lake to march in the Hamilton County Parade at 2 p.m.
Bill Ransom, Commander of Old Forge American Legion Post 893, has announced that Major General Russell J. Czerw will be the guest speaker at the annual Memorial Day Ceremony that will be held on Monday, May 25. Continue reading

Visitors to the Old Forge area will have the opportunity to enjoy a number of indoor and outdoor events over Memorial Day weekend as Town of Webb Publicity Director Mike Farmer announces the inaugural, Red, White & Blue: Spring into Summer Celebration.
The four-day celebration on Friday through Monday, May 22 to 25 will feature the annual town-wide garage sale, an Art Walk, musical performances, a Zoo Mobile, a children’s fishing derby, in-store specials and sidewalk sales and more on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Continue reading
