Mark Sabert of Syracuse got a hole-in-one at Inlet Golf Club on Friday, September 25th. He shot the ace on the 145-yard second hole using a 9-iron. Witnesses were Fran Carhart, Mark Murnane and Scott Rieth, all of Syracuse.
Glenn Faber of Syracuse shot a hole-in-one at the Inlet Golf Club on Wednesday, September 16th.
He scored the ace on the 11th hole—a 148-yard, par 3 hole—using an 8-iron.
Witness to the feat was Faber’s playing partner, L. Foster.

Tim Hitchcock of Inlet scored a hole-in-one on the second hole of the Inlet Golf Club on Sunday, June 9th. Hitchcock used a 9-iron to score the ace on the par 3 hole that measures 145 yards. Witnesses were Tim and Sue Dowling and Joey Beyel.
Bob Grummond of Tega Cay, SC shot a hole-in-one on the 12th hole of the Thendara Golf Club on September 10.
He nailed the ace on the 176-yard hole using a 5-wood. According to Grummond, 77, it was his first ever hole-in-one.
Witnesses to the feat were Don Porterfield and Bob Risley.
A hole-in-one was shot at the Inlet Golf Club on Saturday, September 3, by Erik Todeschini of Camillus.
Todeschini hit the ace with a nine-iron on the Inlet course’s second hole, a 145-yard par three.

Friday, July 22 was a lucky day for two golfers at the Inlet Golf Club who each scored a hole-in-one.
Rob Unkovic of Greensburg, PA scored an ace on the par 3, 6th hole. He used a 7-iron to drive the ball 170 yards to the hole.
Witnesses were Dan Unkovic and Riley Jorgensen.
John Fietze of Liverpool, NY used a 9-iron to score his hole-in-one on the 148-yard, par 3, 11th hole.
Witnesses to the feat were Eric Fietze, Jim Skelly, and Jason Hoy.
