The Woods Inn: New owners to host symphony cocktail bash

The Woods Inn is getting ready for Friday’s Cocktail Party—preceding the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra performance at Inlet’s Arrowhead Park—a first-time hosting of the event under Charlie and Nancy Frey, who took ownership of the Inn on July 10th.

Town of Inlet: Vintage Snow Sleds to race on Fourth Lake, March 9th

Paul Chambers of Inlet has worked with the Northern New York Vintage Snow Sled Racers to bring a race to Fourth Lake on Sunday, March 9.

The races will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in front of the Woods Inn in Inlet and spectators are welcome.138gl

Parking and admission are free of charge. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site by the Inlet Area Business Association (IABA) and the Woods Inn.

Kathy Beauchamp and Mary Lamphear will be guest bartenders at The Woods Inn on Thursday, August 25 from 6 to 8 p.m.

THE GALS that make T.H.E. Loop charity motorcycle ride possible

All tips will be donated to T.H.E. Loop, an annual fundraising motorcycle event which directly benefits breast cancer-related organizations and individuals being treated for the disease.

The 6th Annual T.H.E. (Touch, Heal, Empower) Loop is scheduled for Saturday, October 1.
