Justin Dibble was among the 180 new troopers who joined the ranks of the New York State Police following graduation from the New York State Police Academy on Tuesday, December 10th. 

The ceremony was held at the Empire State Plaza Convention Hall in Albany.

Trooper Dibble, a 2001 Town of Webb School graduate, has been assigned to Troop G in Latham and will report to field duty on December 16th.

Attending the graduation were his parents, Cathy and Bob Dibble and sister, Denise Payne of Old Forge, and his brother Adam Court.
