The Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club will hold its summer picnic on Saturday, August 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. The picnic will be held at the home of George Lapinsky at 273 Big Moose Rd. in Eagle Bay.
The club will provide the main course and participants are requested to bring a dish to pass.
The picnic is open to members and their guests. RSVP is requested by calling (315) 357-4278 by August 22nd.

The Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club sponsored its 13th annual Poker Run on Friday and Saturday, January 20 and 21.
There were 77 participants in this year’s event with 20 of them visiting all 24 sponsors.
Winners were announced at the Finish Line Party at Daiker’s Inn on Saturday night where over 70 door prizes were handed out.
The winners of the poker hands were: Scott Elsesser of Tylersport, PA – first prize award of $300; Lisa Cosgrove of Guilderland – second prize of $200; and Mel Dupke of Derby, CT – third prize of $100.
The winner among those who rode to all 24 sponsors was David Cannon of Westchester, PA who won the $100 prize. John Cannon of Holmes, PA won the $235 pot in the 50/50 drawing. Continue reading
The Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club is planning a family picnic at Red River in the Moose River Plains for Saturday, January 7.
Participants can meet at the Ole Barn parking lot on Limekiln Road at noon.
In case of bad weather or lack of snow, the picnic will be held at 1 p.m. at the Inlet Emergency Services Building on the corner of Route 28 and Limekiln Road.
All are asked to bring a dish to pass.
