A book on the business and personal life of long-time Old Forge summer resident and prominent real estate investor F. Eugene Romano was recently released.

Malio J. Cardarelli, author of F. Eugene Romano; Doing it His Way, said this is his most in-depth work, more so than any of his other 18 releases, which cover local history mostly in the Utica area.   Continue reading

Langworthys welcome third son, Dax Rivett

image1Luke and Katie Langworthy of Old Forge announce the birth of their third son, Dax Rivett, on August 9, 2015 at 2:58 a.m.

Dax weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. at birth and measured 20 1/4 inches long. He joins big brothers Kayden and Chase.

Maternal grandparents are Pinky and Ken Wallis of Eagle Bay, and the late Christopher Rivett. Paternal grandparents are Dave and Debbie Langworthy of Old Forge and Melinda and Paul Shear of Adams, NY.
