Maddie Phaneuf
Town of Webb School nordic skier Maddie Phaneuf has qualified for the Mid-Atlantic Junior National Nordic Ski Team and will compete in the Junior Nationals at Soldiers Hollow in Midway, UT from March 3rd through 11th. The Junior Nationals is the premier competitive junior cross-country ski event in the United States.
Maddie will race against approximately 500 junior skiers from throughout the U.S. during the week-long competition.
She is scheduled to compete in three races: a 1.3 km classic sprint, a 10 km freestyle, and the 3 x 1.3 km freestyle relay.
