Leo P. Villiere, 94, of Old Forge, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Sunset Nursing Home of Boonville.
Leo was born on December 10, 1917, in Old Forge, the son of George and Julia Christy Villiere. He was predeceased by his wife, Yvonne Grenon, and later married Agnes McCarthy, who predeceased him in 2005. Leo was a self-employed builder in the Old Forge area.Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, George and Marcia Villiere of Old Forge; grandchildren, Andrea and Jason Villiere; great-grandson, Dakota Villiere; and several nieces and nephews.
Leo was predeceased by his son, Lee; his brothers Reginald and Clayton Villiere; and a sister, Marie Villiere Turpin.
A Memorial Mass will be announced in the spring.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nunn & McGrath Funeral Directors, Utica.
