VIEW to host Chili Bowl Luncheon on Tuesday, Feb. 21

Fundraiser to receive second offering

View will present the 6th Annual Chili Bowl Luncheon on Tuesday, February 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The luncheon will include meat or vegetarian chili with  garlic bread, dessert, non alcoholic beverages and live background music.

Beer and wine will be served a la carte.

Chili will be served in handmade bowls created by regional and View potters.You will have the opportunity to choose from hundreds of artistic and unique bowls, many of which were created in View’s pottery studio by participants of the art center’s Independent Pottery program.

View potters include Bette Rintrona, Marie Imundo, Ruth McKenna, Nancy Venetz, Carolyn Gaylord, Jane Johngren, Cindy Panella, Margo Martin, and Thea Wolfe. Regional potters that have donated bowls include Barbara Fray, Art Baird, Dennis DeStefanin, Julie Hinsdill, Julie Dean, and Greg Rudd.

Prices will range between $18 to $25 depending on the bowl you choose to take home, or you can just have lunch for $10.
