Webb Police Dept. reports enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.

A 17-year-old Port Leyden, NY man was charged with Petit Larceny (Class A misdemeanor) following an incident that occurred on Thursday, October 1 at 9:05 p.m.

According to the report, the man was arrested by Town of Webb Police subsequent to an investigation conducted at the Kinney Drug Store located at  2964 Route 28 in Old Forge in which the defendant allegedly stole numerous scratch-off lottery tickets from the store over an unspecified period of time.

He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Webb Justice Court on  October 15 at 7 p.m.

A 19-year-old Old Forge man was charged with Adult Felony Arrest/Criminal Mischief 3rd and Criminal Contempt 1st on Saturday, October 3 at 12 p.m.

According to the report the man was taken into custody subsequent to a report of a past domestic incident.

He was arraigned at the Town of Webb Criminal Court and is being held at the Herkimer County Correctional Facility on bail.
