VIEW, the arts center in Old Forge, will host the annual Forge Festival of Arts and Crafts on Saturday, July 4 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Adirondack Bank parking lot at 108 Codling St., across the road from the Old Forge Public Beach.
The fesitival will feature the hand-crafted work of over 40 artisans. Craft vendors include local jeweler Mary Blanchard and popular potters, Greg Rudd and Dean White, in addition to many others.
There will also be a variety of food vendors selling homemade fudge, roasted nuts, fresh-squeezed lemonade and barbeque prepared on site.
Admission to the event is $3. Proceeds will benefit VIEW. Free parking is available nearby.
