Adirondack Bank announces recipients of upcoming Charity Golf tourney proceeds

Joanie Grande, chairperson of the the Adirondack Bank Charity Golf Classic, has announced the names of the not-for-profit organizations that will benefit from the proceeds of this year’s golf tournament.

Sharing in the proceeds will be: the Home Aide Service of the Central Adirondacks (HASCA), Camp Kiwanis, Town of Webb Historical Association, Old Forge Library, RCIL – the Inlet Seniors Program, Old Forge American Legion #893 – Wounded Warrior Program, CAP-21, Ronald McDonald Summer Camp, and Children Autism Center at UCP.

The 13th Annual Adirondack Bank Charity Golf Classic is scheduled for Monday, June 13 at the Thendara Golf Club.

In the past twelve years the tournament has raised close to $350,000 for area non-profit organizations.

There are still openings available for golfers. Applications are available from Sandy Booton,
