Community Pride Day: Sponsors and volunteers sought for May 6th event

Community Pride Day, the 14th annual clean-up day that involves the communities of Thendara, Old Forge, Eagle Bay, Big Moose, Inlet, Raquette Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, Long Lake, Indian Lake, and Speculator, is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6.

Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and a free lunch for their efforts.

All sponsors contributing at least $30, and anyone who contributes towards lunch, will get a one line mention (name only or website only) printed on the back of the event shirts.

Anyone contributing $100 or providing more than 50 percent of the lunch for their individual town will have their name, website or phone number, or business logo printed on the shirts.

Anyone interested in having their business included on the shirts, must send their contribution, or make their lunch commitment prior to the deadline of April 7.

Sponsorship contributions made payable to the Central Adirondack Association (CAA)  can be sent to the Inlet Information Office, P.O. Box 266, Inlet, NY 13360.

Early sign up is recommended to assure proper t-shirt size and for lunch planning purposes.
