Adirondack Outdoors: Winter edition now available

The winter issue of Adirondack Outdoors is filled with stories and information to help you enjoy the variety of outdoor sports awaiting you in the Adirondacks.

Local writers, including Weekly Adirondack columnist Gary Lee and local photographer Sue Kiesel, bring their insight and experience to help you take advantage of opportunities for ice fishing, hunting, family ski areas, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more.

Whether it is ice fishing on Tupper Lake,  Lake George, or the central Adirondacks, enjoying family downhill ski areas such as Big Tupper, Oak Mountain, or McCauley Mountain or experiencing nordic skiing at Lapland Lake and Garnet Hill Lodge, you will find detailed information available.

Other topics, such as complete listings of downhill ski areas, winter photography, predator calling, recipes, and news and events, are all given attention.

The winter issue featuring an ice fisherman on the cover is now available at many newsstands throughout the Adirondacks and elsewhere in New York State.

If you can’t locate it in your area check the website at www.adirondackoutdoorsmagazine.com. Back issues are available in digital form on the website.
