Snowmobile season kicking off with 38th Annual Snodeo

The 38th Annual Snodeo will take place at the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center on North Street this weekend, December 12, 13 and 14.

All four major snowmobile manufacturers—Arctic Cat, Polaris, Ski Doo and Yamaha—will be displaying their 2015 machines, as well as offering a chance to win one in this year’s Snodeo raffle on Sunday. 

Doors will be open on Friday from 3 to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will feature, a vintage snowmobile show, youth snowmobile races, and a fireworks display on Saturday at 5:15 p.m.

The raffle for the snowmobile and cash prizes will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Snodeo is sponsored by the Central Adirondack Assoc-iation.
