The Otter Lake Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary held its 30th Anniversary Truck Raffle on Sunday, August 31st.

The Steak Bake and Summer New Years’ Eve Party was well attended, and it gave everyone a chance to connect again one last time after a busy summer.
A silent auction was held with many great gifts donated by over 30 very generous businesses and individuals. Thank you to all who contributed.
The grand prize winner of the GMC Sierra pickup truck was Allen Sundberg, Jr. and his wife Mary of Rome, NY.
Second prize of $200 went to Stephanie Hobbs of Plainville, MA; and third prize of $100 went to Douglas Eggan of Rome, NY.
The department would also like to thank all those who sold our tickets again this year. Without your help this unique event of raffling a new truck for only $2 per ticket would not be possible.
