Towns say thanks for another great Community Pride Day

Thank you to all the volunteers representing Inlet, Old Forge, Raquette Lake, Long Lake, Indian Lake and Speculator who took part in Community Pride Day on Wednesday, May 7th.

Lunch for Inlet and Eagle Bay volunteers was held at the Eagle Bay Fire Hall and was provided by The Bay Café, Beauchamp Builders, Daiker’s Brookside, Dan’s Big M, Eagle Bay Fire Dept. and Auxiliary, Seventh Lake House and T’s EZ Mart.

Lunch in Old Forge was provided by Adirondack Café, DiOrio’s Supermarket, Kinney Drugs, Nathan’s Bakery, North Woods Inn, Old Forge Fire Department, Ozzie’s Coffee Shop, Randy’s Restaurant, Tony Harper’s, and Walt’s Diner.

Long Lake Diner/Owl’s Head provided lunch in Long Lake and the Raquette Lake Tap Room provided lunch in Raquette Lake.

Route 30 One Stop provided lunch in Indian Lake. Common Grounds Café & Gift

Shop and the Inn at Speculator provided lunch for the Speculator volunteers.

In addition to the trash bags, plastic gloves and bottled water provided by each town, the NYS DOT provided trash bags for trash collected in Town of Webb.

Old Forge Hardware provided a few pairs of work gloves and Town of Webb School provided plastic gloves for Old Forge volunteers.
