Pancake Breakfast to benefit area 4-H Club on March 9th

Paige Schweinsberg, an eighth grade student at Town of Webb School, invites all to a Pancake Breakfast and Bake Sale at the Elks Lodge on Route 12 in Boonville on Sunday, March 9 from 8 to 11 a.m. to benefit the Foothills 4-H Saddle Club.

Paige, president of the club, and 30 members representing Old Forge, Boonville and Remsen are raising funds for an upcoming educational trip to Kentucky where they will tour Keeneland Race Track, Claiborne Farms, the Kentucky Derby Museum, Churchill Downs and other landmarks.

The breakfast will be served by members and their families and will include pancakes, French toast, sausage, eggs, coffee, tea, juice and milk.

Admission is $5. Veterans and children ages three and under are admitted free of charge.

Homemade baked goods will be available for purchase throughout the event.
