The Town of Webb School’s Drama Department, under the direction of Valerie Gaudin and Anne DeFillips, held auditions on December 18 for its production of Annie Get Your Gun which will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 21 and 22 in the school gymnasium.
Leading roles have been secured by sophomore cast members Olivia Phaneuf as Annie Oakley and Westley Lamphear as Frank Butler.
Supporting roles include Tyler Fenton as Charlie Davenport, Morgan Payne as Dolly Tate, TJ Hulser as Buffalo Bill, Allyson Brosemer as Winnie Tate, Carter Kelly as Tommy Keeler, Ally Cooper as Mrs. Foster Wilson, Shelby McGill as Chief Sitting Bull, Macgregor Ritz-Kenny as Pawnee Bill, Mara Gaffney as Nellie, Lexie Beal as Jessie and Ryan Johnston as Little Jake.
“The outstanding chorus rounds off the show with a tremendous amount of talent,” Gaudin said.
The chorus includes Melissa Murphy, Vicky Franco, Robin Smith, Nicole Redpath, Autumn Townsend, Sydney Payne, Montana Burrell, Caroline DeFilipps, Alex DiOrio, Lindsay Payne, Chelby Simpson, Chloe Brosemer, Mary Roach, Nick Olsen, Noah Lamphear, Shane Hulser and David Ehrensbeck.
Rehearsals are currently underway. The performance will be held at 7 p.m. on both evenings. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors (62+) and $5 for students.
