Webb Way Committee to host ham dinner

The Town of Webb School Webb Way Committee will host a fundraising ham dinner on Monday, January 13 in the school cafeteria.

The dinner will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. and will be cooked and served by Town of Webb School teachers, administrators, and staff.

The cost is $7 for adults and children ages nine and up, $5 for children age eight and under, with a maximum cost of $20 per family.

The dinner will be held the same evening as a home volleyball game vs. Frankfort-Schuyler. The jayvee game starts at 6 p.m. followed by the varsity game at approximately 7 p.m.

All are invited to come and enjoy an evening out and support the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support program that covers grades kindergarten through 12.

The program is supported entirely through fundraising events such as Box Tops for Education, two annual dinners, staff donations for Jean Fridays, Hanna-ford’s store receipts, a Schwan’s order date, etc.

All proceeds are used for incentives and rewards for the students for following The Webb Way: Be Respon-sible, Be Respectful, Love to Learn, Achieve Excellence.

A special emphasis has been placed on rewarding anti-bullying behaviors.

Anyone who would like to be part of the committee, has ideas to share, or would like to donate prizes, can contact Judy Ehrensbeck during school hours at (315) 369-3222 ext. 3114.
