The Barry family hosted female friends of the late Kirsty Sutherland at an All-Girls Cocktail Party at their Eagle Bay Park home on Sunday, August 25th.

The outdoor party, organized by Laura Lester and her mother, Deb Barry, was held in memory of Kirsty, in support of her namesake culinary scholarship and the beautification of Eagle Bay, one of her pet projects.
Party-goers enjoyed Kirsty’s signature appetizers and beverages as they traded Kirsty stories.
The party was beautifully decorated by Kate Russell of Mountain Greenery and Lori Zellweger of Wilderness Interiors, who along with Kirsten Down of Adirondack Accents donated a variety of items for a gift basket raffle. A handmade quilt was also raffled and all ticket sales were directed to the scholarship/beautification fund.
Lester, who modeled the party after similar end-of-summer gatherings she shared with her great friend, said she plans on making this an annual event.
