Kinderwood Golf Classic to help fund Ad’k themed playground

The 4th Annual Kinderwood Golf Classic, the Kinder-wood Preschool’s biggest fundraiser  of the year, was held Monday, August 5 at Thendara Golf Club.

The event included a day of golf, a post-play dinner at the Grill Room, a 50/50 raffle, a  silent auction and a live auction conducted by Tim Foley.

Among the items up for auction were framed nature photographs by Michele deCamp and Gary Lee, handmade sweaters and blankets, a rafting trip, a variety of themed gift baskets, and an original painting by Rob Imundo.

Capping off the auction was a chance to have dinner with Kinderwood founder Mirnie Kashiwa. At $2,000, the opportunity netted the largest bid of the evening by Tim and Sherri Noonan.
